Where do we even begin with these two?! Thinking of Jess and José just makes us so happy! As with all couples trying to plan their wedding during the pandemic, it was quite an emotional roller coaster leading up to their October wedding. The government’s changing mandates and the seriousness of the pandemic made Jess and José question whether their wedding day would and should happen.
